He was reportedly there to pick up a vehicle to take to Eastern Collision, his auto repair business located in Brooklyn. From that point, Enrique Vega was never seen or heard from again.
At the time of his disappearance, Vega was a husband and a father to five children. He and his wife had been married for six years, though they had been together for two decades. His sister described him as an ethical businessman and stated that he was not involved with drugs. Vega is described as a Hispanic male with brown hair and brown eyes, and he has a large tattoo on his upper arm.
