On October 6, 2004, 39-year-old Enrique Vega vanished after being dropped off by his business partner in the New York City borough of Manhattan. Vega, a resident of the Hamilton Beach neighborhood and a native of New York City, was last seen at the intersection of 180th Street and Liberty Avenue. He was reportedly there to pick up a vehicle to take to Eastern Collision, his auto repair business located in Brooklyn. From that point, Enrique Vega was never seen or heard from again.
