Matthews, who was mentally disabled, was wearing a medium blue bubble coat, a light blue t-shirt, and jeans at the time of his disappearance. He was described as being 5'3" tall, weighing 134 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He may have had a mustache, beard, or goatee.
