The circumstances surrounding her disappearance were unsettling, as she was observed walking away from an unidentified man with whom she had been traveling. At the time she went missing, Tara was described as a Caucasian female with blonde hair and green eyes, standing 5'8" tall and weighing approximately 170 pounds. She has distinctive tattoos, including a leaf on each wrist and a bird on her neck.
