Susan Elizabeth Pearson, a 30-year-old graduate student and business administration instructor at the University of Montana, was last seen on March 13, 1966, on the university campus in Missoula, Montana. Pearson was nearing a significant academic milestone, as she was scheduled to submit a major paper and administer a final exam to her students. On the night before her disappearance, a friend reported that Pearson seemed agitated and nervous, leading to concerns about her emotional state.
