Charles Paradis, a 38-year-old Caucasian male, was last seen in Wailua, Hawaii on July 4, 1995. At the time of his disappearance, he was described as being 6'0" tall and weighing between 170 and 185 pounds, with blond hair and blue eyes. Distinguishing features included an appendectomy scar on his abdomen and moles on his back, stomach, and the back of his left calf.
