In the beautiful and often tranquil setting of Wailua, Hawaii, a day of fishing turned into a lasting mystery for the family and friends of Darall Arthur Pascua. On the morning of November 3, 2018, the 55-year-old man was with friends near the Wailua Golf Course. He was seen standing on the reef off Marine Camp, about fifty yards from the shore, in an effort to retrieve a fishing net.
