Vladimir Sukhoparov Missing Person Case

In the late morning of a Sunday in June 2019, 58-year-old Vladimir Sukhoparov was reported missing from the vicinity of the Kauai Beach Resort in Lihue, Hawaii. Earlier, he had been seen going for a run, dressed in black swim trunks.
