In the community of Las Cruces, New Mexico, a sense of concern arose for sixteen-year-old Viviana Ramos after she was last seen on November 10, 2022. That morning, her resource parent dropped her off at the Rio Grande Preparatory Institute, and her whereabouts after that became unknown.
