Edyth Ann Warner, a 35-year-old woman, disappeared along with her 11-year-old son, Nicholas Vincent Smith, on February 23, 1991, from Las Cruces, New Mexico. At the time, they were living in student housing at New Mexico State University (NMSU) with Edyth's second husband, Henry Warner, and their 3-year-old son, Andrew. Edyth was an art student at NMSU, specializing in metal art and jewelry-making.
