Susan Sheeley, a 46-year-old woman, was last seen on September 28, 2003, in Las Cruces, New Mexico. At the time of her disappearance, she was living a transient lifestyle with her boyfriend in a motor home, which was registered in Pennsylvania. Her boyfriend had been hospitalized around the time she vanished, and he called the local police to request a welfare check on Susan and the motor home.
