Justin Dwayne Baker, a 41-year-old Army veteran from Muldrow, Oklahoma, was reported missing on January 24, 2025, following a vehicle accident in the early morning hours. Around 3 to 4 a.m., a Jeep carrying Baker and two others crashed into the Arkansas River near the Paw Paw Bottoms area in Sequoyah County.
