In April 2013, a 40-year-old man from Shawnee, Oklahoma named Kevin Robert Brown spoke with his mother, Bonnie, for what would be the last time any family member would hear from him. During their conversation, Kevin mentioned he was heading to Topeka, Kansas, for a work opportunity. Since that final phone call, there has been no further contact, and his whereabouts have remained unknown.
