On August 4, 2018, 70-year-old Clinton Robert Thomas was last seen at his home in Dustin, Oklahoma, a small town in Hughes County. That afternoon, at approximately 4:30 pm, he was known to have returned to his property. What happened after that remains a mystery. Clinton, a man of Caucasian and Native American descent, was a father who enjoyed fixing cars. He stood between 5'4' and 5'6' tall and weighed between 150 and 180 pounds.
