At the time of his disappearance, Dominic was in the custody of the Department of Human Services (DHS) and is believed to have run away from a DHS facility in Norman. Dominic is described as a Hispanic male, standing 5'6" and weighing around 150 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
