Ian Gwen Steven Douglas, a 23-year-old man, was last contacted on September 28, 2018, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. At the time of his disappearance, Ian was described as being 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighing 145 pounds. He had wavy dark brown hair and hazel eyes.
