The disappearance of Joseph 'Joey' D. Miller has left his family and community in a state of deep concern since he was last seen on June 21, 2024. On that day, the 36-year-old from Orlando, Kentucky, was reportedly dropped off by a friend around noon in the Green Fish Hill area of Rockcastle County.
