Terry William Turner, a 38-year-old man from London, Kentucky, went missing on September 25, 1992. He was last seen leaving his gun shop, Turner's Gun Shop, around 1:30 PM that day. According to an employee at the shop, Turner left with someone in a vehicle, but the employee couldn't see who was driving. Turner's family believed he might have been seeking help for his alcohol problems, but checks of local facilities turned up no information.
