Charlene Roxanne Voight, a 36-year-old woman who had recently graduated from Cal Poly Pomona with a degree in landscape architecture, moved to Littleton, Colorado, from Southern California in the early summer of 2016. She made the move to be with her on-again, off-again boyfriend, Jeffrey Scott Beier. Her family last had a phone conversation with her on June 29, 2016, and after not hearing from her for over a week, which was highly uncharacteristic, they reported her missing on July 8, 2016.
