Wei was last seen driving a gray 1995 Honda Civic, which bears the California license plate number 3NNF591. Described as an Asian male standing 5'10" tall and weighing approximately 188 pounds, Wei has black hair and brown eyes. He sometimes goes by the name "Sam" or spells his name as "Weixing".
