Fredrick John Gouveia Jr., 49, was last seen on December 20, 2012, in Redding, California. He disappeared alongside Tesla Renee Carroll, and neither has been heard from since. Gouveia stood 5'11" tall, weighed 175 pounds, and had brown hair and hazel eyes. He was known to use various aliases, including Fredrick Gouveia-O'Shea and Fredrick John Oshea. Gouveia also had distinguishing marks, including a tattoo of a smiley face on his left arm and a scar on his chest.
