Conrad Shiels, a 9-month-old boy, went missing on July 15, 2023, during a devastating flash flood in Washington Crossing, Pennsylvania. The flood, which dropped nearly 7 inches of rain in 45 minutes, swept away multiple vehicles, including the one Conrad and his family were traveling in. His mother, Katie Seley, and his 2-year-old sister, Matilda, were also caught in the floodwaters. While his father managed to save their 4-year-old son, Conrad and Matilda were carried away by the deluge.
