On March 6, 2023, 27-year-old Frances Kendra Lucero was fatally shot in Daly City, California. The incident occurred around 7:30 p.m. on Eastgate Drive near Glenwood Avenue, a residential area close to the Westlake Shopping Center. Lucero sustained multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene.

The suspect, identified as 27-year-old Daly City resident Romier Narag, was arrested shortly after the incident and booked into the San Mateo County Main Jail. Authorities charged ...
