Hee Chol Kim, age 61, was last seen on February 25, 2013, in East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania. He left his home on Carol Road between 1:00 and 3:00 p.m. to go for a walk and never returned. Kim had a history of becoming disoriented, likely related to his diabetes, for which he may have been in need of medication at the time of his disappearance.
