Jason M. Higgins, 34, was last seen on July 18, 2006, after leaving his parents' home in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania, on foot. He has not been heard from since that day, and no significant clues have emerged regarding his whereabouts. Higgins is described as a white male, approximately 5'9" to 5'11" tall, weighing between 160 and 180 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He also has a distinct U-shaped scar on his forehead and another scar on one of his shoulders.
