David Murdock, a 65-year-old resident of Knoxville, Pennsylvania, went missing on August 9, 2024, during severe flooding caused by Tropical Storm Debbie. David was last seen near his home in Tioga County, specifically along Troups Creek, which borders his property in Deerfield Township. He had gone out in an attempt to rescue a dog trapped by the rising floodwaters.
