In the late summer of 1999, a young man named William Gilmer, a 28-year-old actor, vanished from his home in Glassport, Pennsylvania. On August 3rd of that year, he was seen for the last time. At the time of his disappearance, he was described as a Caucasian male with brown hair and brown eyes, standing between 5'10' and 6'2' tall, and weighing between 225 and 230 pounds.
