William Gilmer, a 28-year-old man from Glassport, Pennsylvania, has been missing since August 3, 1999. An aspiring actor, William was last seen leaving his home, possibly driving a black Mitsubishi Eclipse, and he has not been heard from since. At the time of his disappearance, he was described as being between 5'10" and 6'2" in height, weighing around 225 to 230 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
