Rashan Anthony Francis, a 42-year-old aspiring rapper originally from the Bronx, New York, disappeared on November 6, 2018, after calling his mother and expressing fear that people were trying to kill him. That was the last time anyone heard from him. He was last seen walking along Business Route 6 in Dickson City, Pennsylvania, near Scranton, wearing a red, white, and blue jacket.
