Clinton Holder, an 18-year-old from Scranton, Pennsylvania, was last seen on August 25, 1993. He left his apartment that day, reportedly in search of employment, and has not been seen or heard from since. Holder, an African American male, was 5'3" and weighed around 120 pounds at the time of his disappearance.
