David Doyle Frasier, a 64-year-old man from Frederick, Maryland, was last seen on July 15, 2012, in Claysburg, Pennsylvania. His car had run out of gas along the northbound side of Interstate 99, near mile marker 16.5. Witnesses reported seeing him walking near the Claysburg exit, about 1.5 miles from his vehicle, but he has not been heard from since.
