Vernon Cuthbert Quarles II was last seen on July 31, 2008, in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. At the time of his disappearance, Quarles was 24 years old, standing between 5'11" and 6'2" and weighing approximately 140-150 pounds. He was living between Lancaster and Baltimore, Maryland, and had a history of schizophrenia.
