Ira Romair Payne-Bishop, aged 38, was last seen on May 17, 2018, at Harrah’s Casino in Chester, Pennsylvania. He has not been heard from since, and his disappearance is considered suspicious. His vehicle, a black 2018 Dodge Challenger, was later discovered burned in Fairmount Park, Philadelphia, an area his family believes he had no reason to visit. Several articles of clothing were also found nearby, but it is unclear if they were related to the case.
