Decedent is an unknown person (race/sex indiscernible) found by SEPTA workers in a small electrical room off of subway tracks at 3900 N. Broad St approximately four blocks from Erie Station. The room has not been used in years and appears to be the site of a former homeless encampment. There are no signs of obvious trauma.
