William Toney, a 20-year-old from Sharon Hill, Pennsylvania, was last seen on November 19, 2016. On that day, William was spotted walking along Sharon Avenue with two unidentified men. He had told his mother earlier that day that he was going to hang out with friends, canceling their plans to spend time together.
