Anthony Garcia, a 21-year-old from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, was last seen on March 20, 1994. He left his residence on South Franklin Street at around 3:30 p.m., after dropping off a friend following a basketball game. At the time, Garcia was driving a 1987 Nissan 300ZX with Pennsylvania license plate AMK-6413. Five days later, on March 25, his car was found abandoned in the 1400 block of West Jefferson Street, but there was no sign of Garcia.
