Horng-Chang Ke, a 49-year-old man, was last seen on April 3, 2014, in University Park, Pennsylvania. Prior to his disappearance, Ke had been evicted from his last known residence on Waupelani Drive in 2013. By 2014, he was reportedly homeless and was stopped by Penn State University Police after being found in a building on campus.
