Katie “Faye” Sinclair was 53 years old when she disappeared from Dewey Beach, Delaware, in July 1993. Online missing-person records describe her as a White/Caucasian woman, about 5 feet 8 inches tall and approximately 130 pounds, with blonde or graying hair and blue eyes. She had pierced ears and a scar on her left forearm from a previous fracture. Some sources also note that she wore reading glasses and had lower dentures.
