In the autumn of 1996, a young United States Navy hull technician third class by the name of Benjamin Robert Sjoberg vanished under perplexing circumstances. Originally from St. Louis County, Minnesota, the 23-year-old was described as a very athletic man, standing at 6'3' and weighing around 200 pounds, with reddish-blond hair and blue eyes.
