Roy Takatsuki, a 57-year-old contractor from Kauai, Hawaii, was last seen on June 25, 2004, during the North Shore Hanapa’a Jackpot Fishing Tournament. Takatsuki had set out alone from Haleiwa Harbor on Oahu aboard his 18-foot Boston Whaler, named *Beverley*, but failed to return at the end of the day.
