Mark Duane Folz, a 49-year-old man, was last seen on January 16, 2003, in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He was spotted around 2:00 p.m. using an ATM on East Lake Street and mentioned that he was traveling to Hastings to visit a friend, though he never arrived. Folz was driving a maroon 1991 Ford Taurus, which also went missing and has not been located. His last known activity was captured at the ATM, and there has been no movement on his bank accounts since his disappearance.
