Andrew Robert Bliss, a 23-year-old from Pulaski, New York, was last seen on June 20, 2003, in the town of Draper, Wisconsin. His silver 2001 Chevrolet Impala was discovered on Federal Forest Road 162, with the keys in the ignition and the gas tank empty. Despite extensive searches conducted by local law enforcement and search-and-rescue teams, no trace of Andrew has been found.
