James Mummer, a 17-year-old from La Crosse, Wisconsin, was last seen on September 6, 2018. He was reported missing by his family, who believed he might have run away. James stood 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighed 175 pounds, and had blonde hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black shirt with skulls on it and dark-colored jeans.
