Howard Shizue Takenaka Jr., a 26-year-old man from Superior, Wisconsin, was last seen in January 1984. He is rumored to have left the state in search of work, but he has never been heard from again. Howard served four years in the U.S. Army, assigned to the 25th Infantry Division at Schofield Barracks in Hawaii, before being honorably discharged.
