Jeffrey Cluey, 68, was last seen on June 6, 2024, at the Pershing Park boat launch in Racine, Wisconsin. He was observed preparing to launch his green canoe into Lake Michigan, bringing a carry-on-sized suitcase with him. Jeffrey, known to take late-night canoe trips due to insomnia, was reported missing when he failed to respond to messages.
