Carol M. Cooper, 86, was last seen on September 17, 2004, leaving her assisted living facility in Kansas City, Missouri. Cooper, who was physically active and known for taking daily walks, disappeared after leaving on foot with a black carpet bag. She was last captured on surveillance video near her residence but never returned.
