In the autumn of 2004, 86-year-old Carol M. Cooper, a resident of Kansas City, Missouri, disappeared, leaving behind a community of concerned individuals and a perplexing mystery. On September 17th of that year, the female was last observed at her residence in an assisted living facility situated in the 8100 block of Wornall.
