Jack Shultz, a 37-year-old man from DeSoto, Kansas, went missing on November 28, 1994. On that morning, a relative heard a car horn outside the family home at 5 a.m., and shortly after, Shultz left the house. This was the last confirmed sighting of him. Despite his known pattern of occasionally disappearing for brief periods, he was not reported missing until January 4, 1995, over a month after his disappearance.
