Daniel Lacy Fagg, 37, was last seen in Wichita, Kansas, during the summer of 1994. He had a troubled history, grappling with drug and alcohol issues, and at the time of his disappearance, he was homeless. Fagg had previously worked in the carnival circuit and reportedly told his family that he was going to prison, after which he was never heard from again. It is believed that he may have traveled to Texas and could be living under an assumed name, though no evidence has confirmed this.
