Thomas Robert Dixon, 41 years old, was last seen on October 15, 1974, in Johnson County, Kansas. On the morning of his disappearance, Dixon was scheduled to meet with an associate at a salvage yard in Independence, Missouri, to collect some junked cars, but he failed to attend the meeting.
