Bobbi Ann Campbell, a 24-year-old mother, was last seen on December 27, 1994, in Salt Lake County, Utah. She had dropped off her 5-year-old daughter at a friend's home in Salt Lake City, intending to run a few errands, including picking up her paycheck, going to the grocery store, and visiting the bank. However, Bobbi never returned, which was out of character for her.
