Deborah Carver, a 59-year-old woman, was last seen on April 28, 2015, in Cedar City, Utah. She attended the Tulip Festival in Lehi, Utah, with members of the Southwest Behavioral Health Center (SWBHC), where she was receiving psychiatric care. Carver, who suffered from early-stage dementia and other health conditions, including schizophrenia, was last spotted near her apartment when a staff member dropped off her medication. She has not been heard from since.
