Deborah Carver, a 59-year-old woman, was last seen on April 28, 2015, in Cedar City, Utah. She attended the Tulip Festival in Lehi, Utah, with members of the Southwest Behavioral Health Center (SWBHC), where she was receiving psychiatric care. Carver, who suffered from early-stage dementia and other health conditions, including schizophrenia, was last spotted near her apartment when a staff member dropped off her medication. She has not been heard from since.
Her family became concerned when they could not reach her and reported her missing on May 1, 2015. Deborah’s personal belongings, including her purse, phone, and car, were found in her apartment, with no signs of a struggle or indication of where she might have gone. Despite her health challenges, it was out of character for her to leave without notifying someone.
