Jordan Marie Loucks, 29, was last seen on January 6, 1996, in Odessa, Texas. She was driving a black four-door 1984 Lincoln Continental and was on her way to meet her ex-boyfriend, Butch Edwards, a truck driver, in Laredo, Texas. According to Edwards, she never arrived. Both Loucks and her car have been missing since that day.
